At Anchored Development Institute, we compiled these topics to guide us in consistently addressing questions or concerns you may have regarding our programs: HRCI – SHRM – Workshops. We could not possibly address everything, so please do not hesitate to reach out for clarification or if you need more information. As our partner on this journey, we value your input.

Eligibility
Attendance is open to anyone 16 years of age or older. Under certain circumstances, a student 15 years of age or younger may attend with special permission from Anchored Development.
Disabilities Services
If you require accommodations due to a disability (e.g., sign language interpreter, special seating, etc.) to participate in any Anchored Development Institute offering or specific activity, please allow us a minimum of two weeks advance notice by contacting our offices. We will advise you of the feasibility and any additional costs you will incur.
Registration
To “register” means that you have reserved your offering online. If you requested an invoice, payment is due within seven (7) days of receipt. Your registration must convert into an enrollment at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the session.
Enrollment
To “enroll” means that you have paid the full cost and can attend the offering. All fees are due and payable at the time of registration. If you register at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the session, you will receive your materials in advance.
Payment
You must pay in full required prior to the start of the program. You will have the option to pay with a credit card or by check. Mail and send a copy via email of your check, made payable to “Anchored Development” at least 14 days prior to the start of the program.
The payment includes the session, required materials, and items provided to everyone in attendance. No refunds will be issued for not taking advantage, in whole or part, of the inclusive items.
Materials
Materials used are at the discretion of Anchored Development and subject to change with or without prior notice. The materials provided will be capable of addressing the topics of the offering and leverage the optimal learning experience.
Our offerings include the required materials. If you choose any of the optional materials, an additional cost will apply.
Materials requested in advance of the session require full payment of the offering and may incur shipping charges at an additional cost.
If you receive electronic copies and you would like them printed, bounded, etc., you may request a quotation for your preferred format. This cost is an additional cost, not covered by Anchored Development Institute.
If you purchase your own required materials, there will be no credits nor reductions to the cost of the offering.
Marketplace
Our Marketplace provides a variety of educational and promotional items for purchase. The educational items are supplemental and not required for the offerings. They are for additional support for your personal and professional growth.
Marketplace items require full payment prior to shipment or delivery. You may incur shipping charges at an additional cost. All items are final sale and non-refundable.
Completion
A Certificate of Completion requires at least 80% class attendance. Your session hours may be eligible for certification and/or recertification training credits. It is your responsibility to confirm this with the granting institution.
Course Repeat/Refresher
Course repeats/refreshers are available to those who have completed our Exam Preparation program and did not pass the exam or are waiting to take the exam. Non-discounted and non-promotional HR Exam Preparation (public offerings) are repeatable, at no additional cost, up to one year following the original offering. If the offering materials change, you must purchase the new materials to participate. This is dependent on space availability and advanced enrollment.
After one year, HR Exam Preparation is repeatable for $699.00, with a copy of the HRCI exam results or exam scheduling confirmation, up to three years following the original offering. Promotional Disclaimer
Through participation in Anchored Development activities or events, you are agreeing to allow Anchored Development Institute to use your likeness in its promotional content, including social media and websites. If you choose not to have your likeness used, please submit your written request to our office, via email.
Cancellations
Offerings that do not meet a minimum enrollment and/or registration are subject to cancellation. If that happens, we will make every effort to notify you at least 48 hours in advance. We will attempt to transfer you to another session, find an alternate session, or offer a refund.
Refunds
In you decide to cancel your registration, you must CALL 972-532-7624 and speak to a live person at least seven (7) business days prior to the start of the first session to receive a refund. No refunds permitted seven (7) business days prior to the start of the session.
Materials not purchased through Anchored Development will follow the vendor’s refund policy.
Materials shipped/delivered in advance are non-refundable and will incur a $100.00 processing fee prior to processing the refund.
Discounted offerings are non-refundable, but you may transfer to another session or individual within six (6) months of date of registration.
If you are unable to attend the offering, you may transfer your enrollment to the next available session. If the offering materials change, you must purchase the new materials to participate. After two transfers attempts, you will forfeit your funds.
