How We Work With You?
In our coaching sessions, we coach the whole person and not just the problem. This is an approach that draws upon the work in neuroscience research to examine how to use intelligence, inspiration, and innovation to creatively ease positive change.
We deploy a five-step coaching approach: PLAN – PREPARE – EXPLORE – ACT – CLOSE. During the first session we learn about your background, current challenges, and aspirations. Iterative follow-on sessions focus on working challenges and setting goals to achieve your goals and having a positive outlook.
Each time you meet with your coach, you share what has happened since the last meeting. As you collaborate with your coach, it builds confidence in what you are doing, the decisions you are making, and the directions you are taking.

What’s Your Role?
For your coaching to be successful, you will need to have a goal or an idea of where you need help. You should be ready, willing, and able to bring clarity into focus with your coach’s assistance. This will help you to formulate your own answers to move forward.
Our coaching approach is interactive, and your coach will guide your journey through confidential sessions. Therefore, you do not need advance preparation until your action plan is in play.
After each session, we recommend that you reflect on the shared time and process the work you did. Your feedback on the coaching session is important and we encourage you to share this with your coach, so you are getting the maximum benefit. To achieve success, it is important that you do the necessary work which may be a physical action or just thinking through the conversation. Then, get ready for another great session!

Coaching sessions are offered virtually by video or phone as well as in-person sessions. We make it convenient for you and are fully accessible via multiple modes.
What’s Your Investment?
We offer flexible and packaged pricing for your coaching journey. During our first consultation, we discuss your needs along with the goals you want to achieve to formulate an effective coaching plan. We typically recommend weekly sessions in a monthly package that is renewable. This gives you sufficient time to see evidence of your progress and gauge how the relationship is developing for you.
