HRCI Exam Preparation

The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI®), established in 1976 with a credible history. It is the largest HR certification organization in the world and is the premier credentialing organization for the human resources pro fession. HRCI® has certified around 145,000 human resource professionals since inception. They are accessible in over 100 countries and territories. HRCI® offers nine global certification programs and supports exam preparation through a variety of resources.

Anchored Development Institute has a top-rated HRCI® exam preparation program. We offer one-stop shopping with a comprehensive approach to teach the must-have skills needed for a career in the HR field. It will help you prepare an HRCI® designation: Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®), Professional Human Resources® (PHR®), or Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®).

SHRM Exam Preparation

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a professional HR membership association that promotes the role of HR as a profession. The SHRM program leads to professional certification, offered by the world’s largest HR membership organization. It offers two levels of certification.

Anchored Development Institute’s program is all-inclusive and uses a comprehensive approach to help you succeed with confidence for either the SHRM-Certified Professional® (SHRM-CP®) or the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional® (SHRM-SCP®) exam.

Project Management Exam Preparation

The Project Management Institute (PMI) is the leading authority in project management since 1969. Anchored Development Institute offers a dynamic program using a comprehensive approach to provide a strong start on the path toward becoming certified. It will cover content for PMI’s Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® or Project Management Professional (PMP)®. In addition to learning the fundamental project management knowledge and skills, you will fulfill the requirement for PMI’s 35 hours of project management education. Along the journey, you will gain insights into the practical aspect of project management and acquire valuable testing strategies to be successful on exam day.

What’s Covered?

These programs are use a comprehensive approach to acquire knowledge and prepare for professional certification. They are specifically designed to help military and veteran professionals acquire, absorb, and apply the knowledge to bridge the gap between military and civilian practices. You will gain in-depth knowledge of key areas relative to the professional certification and business operations. Emphasis will be provided on experiential learning and data-driven business decisions.

In addition to our standard public offering exam preparation content, military and veterans personnel will benefit from the additional development coaching as well as the guided support to attain professional certification.

Materials

All programs will be supported with the current learning materials to support the credentialling knowledge requirements to help you pass the exams with ease. You get real-world examples, professional insights, and concise explanations. Our programs are comprised of:

• Flash cards
• Practice tests and exams
• Test engine with full-length practice exams

The practice questions will match the live exams in content, style, tone, format, and difficulty. It also covers all question types from the exams. The guide will serve as a study tool AND a valuable on-the-job reference.

How We Help You?

A certified facilitator leads our programs. We rely on these talented and experienced subject matter experts to deliver the relevant areas required for certification. This gives you the best experience in learning the content, applying the content, and being ready for exam day.

We include both traditional and computer-based learning components with course materials and structure to simulate the form and content of the exams.

While Anchored Development Institute cannot guarantee a passing score on the exam(s), the pass rate of professionals who have taken our program is typically better than the national average. Our facilitators have helped hundreds of professionals successfully prepare for their certification exam. The programs teach the knowledge required of todays’ professionals as outlined in the certifying organization’s Body of Knowledge.

Where Offered?

Our programs are instructor-led online and onsite. Upon enrollment, you will receive confirmation with the specific details.

Online offerings leverage collaboration technology to ensure that participants can access from anywhere and anytime.

Onsite or virtual group classes can be arranged with your educational coordinator. This offers a tailored cohort experience to learn with professional working in the same organization and share and relate to similar experiences.

When to Attend?

Our programs are 36 training hours. We offer the most training hours at the lowest cost per hour.
Our schedules are also the most flexible available. We have sessions on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The duration will range from one to nine weeks.

Online offerings are integrated with our public offering schedule for the credentialling knowledge. The development coaching and guided journey components are additional to the classroom time and will be scheduled with the coach and participant.

What’s the Investment?

The cost of the program includes credentialing knowledge with the required materials, development coaching, guided journey, application and exam fees including one retake of the same exam, and first year professional association membership.
